The First Outreach - "Demon Hunting"

This weekend, I joined a group in evangelizing "open mic" nights in both Boston and Worcester. I didn't get to perform any "House of Mourning" material as they were musically driven venues, as it would not have translated well. However, God had me there was the group's Demon Hunter, and though Friday Night was uneventful, Saturday I went head-to-head with a few nasty spirits, all in one woman.

She was half in and half out of reality. Demons had a hold of her pretty hard. She wanted prayer and freedom, but these spirits had a hold of her pretty seriously and would cause her to flee once prayer ensued.

The first location was a low key open mic, pretty typical when you envision such a venue. However, due to a bad listing on the internet for the location, we arrived just as they closed, once we found it. We made a few contacts, but another time another place.

The second location was 3 Gs sports bar. An open Mic Jam Session. Tim's rap style poetry was done, and we were able to pray for one person who was resistant at first but later received our counsel and opened his heart "just enough."
